i like trying for achivments . know i cannot finish necromancy as the 2 big boss :P :P but spent so long trying to find compo for the altered afficincy set up tried so many compo . also how is up grade out fit to 70 . i have the one i wear at 90 . so thought i had to buy set and get the to 70 not worked.will be gratfull if any one can help .

You have to speak with the ghost smith about upgrading your gear. They'll set you a group of slaying tasks and you need to source the resources to upgrade.

As you found out you can't just buy higher gear without first forging it yourself. The difference here is the T95 first necromancer gear doesn't have that stipulation but it's expensive.
