I have been reading through the rules and specifically the ones are Macroing and the use of Third-Party Software's. I am unsure if I skipped over something or if it's just because my English false me from time to time. Is there anything against the rules or terms of use of the game that specifically state or shine light on Macro-Keys, Or Mouse-Keys?

Say your mouse has a button on the side and you can use it. as a number button. Is this allowed or is it not?

yes you can use the mouse keys like this.

the simplist way to say whats okay is 1:1 input - output.

but with just using the buttons on side of mouse for an ability keybind yes its fine.
