Hey All,
I am trying to reset my Defence stat. I hold all of the requirements to reset in Lumbridge, however it says that I already reset a different stat. I have been playing this account for several years and I don' t recall ever resetting here. I am hoping to get in contact with a Jagex Mod for guidance. I don't think I've ever reset, and I hope to keep playing this account for a long while. Please help me. Thank you. Defence Skiller

u wont get into contact with a j-mod best u can do is either wait 6 months and try again or send in a bug report in-game explaining the issue and hope its a bug they can fix soon

I've moved this over to better suited section for you.

According to your High Score you have 200m in Defence. You want to reset that seems a bit odd. Thats if it's for RS3 and not OS.

In all my time here playing RS I've never seen Jagex reset skills unless they were caused by a bug. So I highly doubt it will heppen.

Contacting a j mod to look over my account I was just able to recover it after awhile of playing but I was victim to one of those fake runescape forums links and was wondering if I could possibly get the acc looked at and maybe some items refunded. I had won many clan giveaways and twitch stream giveaways as well as getting almost 99 slayer and would really appreciate the help to completely remove this person from my account and get some items back please and thank you

The best you can get is help with securing your account now. The items they're gone and they won't be refunded. The only time Jagex gives items back is if it's on their end. Getting phished sorry to say is on the player end.
