Direct XP vs XP Lamps

I think I just ruined my lvl 3 skiller account (all non-cb skills at 99+ already) buy completing A Fairy Tale Pt. 1. I hadn't blocked xp but all the other quests I have completed rewarded lamps that I could delete the combat ones. Upon completion of the quest i was awarded 2K direct attack xp and thus went from lvl 1 to lvl 13. Nastroth only resets skills below level 5. Is my skiller now ruined? Or is there a way to reset the attack stat?
