Glitch with Necromancy Upgrade

Im trying to upgrade my necromancy gear to tier 60 but no matter what I do I cant seem to recieve an ankou agitator from Kili, I get the urn and the list specifying I need to use the agitator on the ankous but no item. Ive tried everything already and its not working. This is very frustrating and it is stunting my gameplay experience

Was your backback full when he gave the urn and list?
Did you get it and lose it or never got it at all?
Check your bank again?
Fill the urn first and try to talk to him again or destroy the urn and list and see if he gives you all 3 items in 1 go.
Are you sure you not already handed in the residue and forgot about it? Don't forget to give him the pie.

I can't think of anything else so bug report might be your best bet if all else fails.

You should have obtained the agitator when you have received the urn and the list. Check your bank and inventory.

You can also delete your urn and the list and talk to Kili again. She should give you the urn, list and the agitator again.

You don't actually need the agitator to get the drop. You just need to kill ankou's that are level 68. I got the drop before talking to kili. Was killing ankou in the stronghold of security training necromancy crossed level 60 and started getting bigger ankou that dropped it multiple times but can only have 1. Wasn't til I ran out of supplies and went guess I'll go start the next tier of gear and went oh that's what I need it for. Convenient.
