If you find another player breaking the rules of the game, that should be reported, at the time of the incident, to Jagex using the in-game ‘Report Abuse’ feature, so that Jagex will have evidence needed to take action against them.

How to report a player

If you were unable to report at the time, or the evidence you have is from outside of the game, then you are best off providing Jagex with the evidence that you have by using their

email address.
