So I have an open ticket about some lost items. Mod Jakjar got back to me and I replied with what they needed from me. What's the chances I will still hear back from them again today before end of business? I would hate to have to wait until Monday to have something done about it
Would they still be working tonight/tomorrow?

Flexible hours and working from home are part of the selling points for working at Jagex support. It's not the normal Mon-Friday 9-5 hours. Give it till 10pm UK time even if it's just another email saying they are still working on it.

Returning lost items might need to be approved from higher ups depending on what they are so yes you may need to wait till next week.
