Are there any items that can be disassembled that have higher chance of 1/100 ???

when I start going through those pages-for items - I only see -chance 1/100 of getting Variable component.

A quick look at the calculator for variable components says no.

So, your best option is to disassemble items that are cheap but also plentiful. The guide you linked to suggests pure essence.
