Did you perhaps buy your membership a year ago through a Steam package that included an extra 100 bank spaces for 12 months?

It's possible that membership package ran out, but you may still be a member, because of residual membership from other sources, like leftover membership from before you purchased the package, or additional membership from Prime Rewards.

(This happens with Premiere Membership as well, although that usually doesn't see the extra bank spaces disappear until starting in November)

Didn't they make all annual memberships automatically premier? Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;
Do you think I should get off the tracks?

Didn't they make all annual memberships automatically premier?
I believe that didn't start until November of 2022, and previously the Premier Club Memberships were usually offered starting sometime in November each year, so for the majority of players, they would purchase it in November (or December) and then the premier benefits, like banks spaces or extra TH key, would run out the following November.

The Steam release was in October 2020, and also included a membership package with extra bank space, so missing bank spaces in October tend to indicate a Steam package that has expired, assuming they renewed in October of 2021.

To add to all that's been said, you can see a break down of what bank boosters are currently applied (and how many more are available) to you in-game through: Upgrades and Extras > Marketplace > Benefits > Bank Spaces
