There are plausible theories based on this NPC, but AFAIK not much has been officially confirmed.

Remember Guthix? This god was basically a total myth before The World Wakes, and he only woke up and lived for like hours and then all heavens and hells broke loose and we began to know more and more and than a lot more after his brief adventure in the 6th Age the next 10 years until we kicked Zamorak's butt and commenced the Age of Chaos.

I can see Misalionar being something similarly impactful... however, he can also be just red herring, similar to Bob is actually definitely not Zaros. So "im

rasial" can be interpreted in many ways. ;)

Regardless Misalionar has or doesn't have anything to do with the First Necromancer, RS3 has been known to keep the community engaged with theories of lore and future content.

So Bob isn't Zar..os. The then new skill before Necromancy was Archaeology and Mod Osborne just accidentally "leaked" us the new "Prancing" skill with the technique of misdirection. Misalionar can be somebody or noody... but this kind of lore based theories and leaks are always what great living RPG games need.
