If you've done the Battle of the Monolith quest, equipping the Shard of Erebus reward makes all combative NPCs within Senntisten non-aggressive, which will let you safely deliver the gift. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?

Or if you haven't got the shard equipped (such as if you forgot like I did), you can just run past all the npc's - he's on his throne off at the end, so you can talk to him once you are clear of everything else. Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;
Do you think I should get off the tracks?
