The reminder to consider taking a break at least gives you the option to also consider not taking a break, if you choose. It's just a general health and safety suggestion.

Back in the day, you'd just get booted off after 6 hours regardless of what you were doing. The 'break' was technically ignorable by relaunching the game and logging back in, but what a hassle.

AFK content is great and you won't feel "over playing" when you aren't paying much attention to your screen. Grinding 8 to 24 hours a day boring content like fishing and bank running like bots will be very problematic though.
