Hello, I was wondering if anyone has ever had their membership end early on one of their alts? I bought a 14day redeemable code from a bond on my main and redeemed it on my alt, and it only lasted 9 or 10 days before I got an email saying my payment was insufficient and that my membership was cancelled. I'm very disappointed because I wanted to get my final nice points in... Any help is much appreciated!

Did you make the payment through a third party provider e.g. PayPal, Steam, Apple, Google etc.?
If so, you should contact them to ask why the payment was cancelled and money returned.
