been trying for hours now to get the jagex account to send me a verification code to my email. DO NOT FALL FOR THE JAGEX ACCOUNT SCAM. Using this system was the worst mistake ive made in osrs boys. im now locked out of all of my accounts lmfao. all because it wont send a fucking code to my email. also now i cant log in to cancel my membership on any of them. they did this to charge me forever lmaoalso they had a genius idea. the only way to contact support is to log in, and to log in you have to recieve a verification code (that they dont send)

You happened to be attempting to log in while the servers were having a few issues: see Service Alert: January 16th, 2024

Jagex Accounts are not a scam, they do keep your account more secure. Just have some patience while some issues affecting all players are worked out.
