change in combat level color?

im currently lvl 138 with 99 necro and i noticed that other players that are my level are now red in color for combat level. did something change?

Necromancy levels give combat levels too. While you may find some players with higher Necromancy level than you appear to be "red" to you, congratulations, there are way, way more players with players with lower Necromancy level than you appear to be green to you.

Necromancy doesn't cap at level 99 either, you have another 21 more levels to enjoy.
