I dont know how to report the bots but they all with almost the same name they are at NPC: Hamid in Menaphos. They are praying there. They are lvl 9, 10, 11 and 12's

Hope a GM see this...

All you can do is report those 'possible bots' ingame in RuneScape.

Here's ... Report a player ... <- (link) how you can do that in RuneScape.
On The RuneScape Official Forums there isn't much you can do about, only in RuneScape.

Maybe add a menaphos reputation requirement before players can mine sandstone to make blessed sand to slow down the bots

After all, the menaphos content is years old it wouldn't hurt to slow down bots by adding this requirement. Or we could make it so players don't receive any sandstone at all until they reach a certain reputation level that way ppl can still train on sandstone for xp and force bots to spend time to get reputation.
