If Grace of the Elves was a Free to Play item I would have significantly more time played on 12 extra alt accounts which would be a benefit to the overall time played accolade boasted by many gaming companies as a positive long time investment, if you make that investment though you shouldn't struggle at the end, just saying.

Would that even benefit f2p? Aside from the fact they wouldn't be able to make it....and cant sell it once they equip it and find out it doesn't benefit them much.

They wouldn't be able to use the porter perk, cant use the max guild garden portal teleports (could attune on first equip, but cant change....and none of the teleports are in f2p), cant use the seren spell prayer reductions. That just leaves the seren spirit perk as the only usable one.

Out of that, on the rare drop table and super rare drop table, f2p only have access to 12 items from both tables:
uncut diamond, huge plated run salvage, yew logs, rune arrowheads, runite stone spirit, big bones, raw lobster, flax, prayer potion (4), earth talisman, water talisman, dragon bones

The item costing 70m gp, would that be worth it for f2p to use for only a small selection of items and locked out of the rest? Especially when the demand for it to be so pricy is for the porter perk and tier 4 luck enhancement for HSR roll chances.

For some, it might give extra playtime, but wouldn't work well for others...so I don't know what positive investment it would have for f2p. For more playtime boosting, there are probably better options of things that could be expanded to f2p which would benefit gameplay more than a highly locked out higher-end member item.
Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
