I'm doing my first Raptor's challenge. I'm trying to do risen ghosts, which is really challenging. I'm having two problems. First, I can't tell how many I've completed; the gem thing doesn't show the challenge, and I haven't found a series of conversations with the Raptor that tells me where I am in the count. Second, every now and then while I'm fighting, something will flash in the chat panel, but I don't know what it is. It gets that light tan color that it uses as a background when someone is talking to you, I get a glimpse of what I think is someone's talking head, but I'm only catching it out of the corner of my eye and it disappears almost instantly, before I can look at it, probably because I'm in the middle of a combat. I've got a war pig in the fight, only thing I can think is maybe I'm inadvertently clicking on the pig and triggering the pig to talk while doing my attacks.
Also, do risen ghosts shoot through each other? I'm fighting from a hallway to limit the number that can get at me, I get three or so lined up one behind the other, but the ones standing behind the lead ghost are making motions as if they're making an attack move and the damage I'm taking seems to vary quite a bit, sometimes as much as a quarter of my hit points at one go.
