You can't.

RuneScape is the continuation of the game you used to play, while Old School RuneScape is a separate spin-off. Everyone started from scratch in OSRS, and it's not possible to migrate your character between the two games.

old school runescape came out in 2013, so everyone who logged into old school runescape started at lvl 3 in tutorial island in 2013 on old school runescape
