Citadel help, 5 or 30 needed?

Hiya, we just upgraded to a Tier 6 Citadel, and have set the aim for a Cookhouse to be built. Do we need to have just the 5 for upkeep enter to make it next week, or does it count as a Citadel level upgrade and needs 30 members in in the week for the Cookhouse to be made on the tick? This has always confused me and I don't want to waste a weeks worth of effort for my clannies! Hunting down Herb and Cooking now! (Finally changed my signature, Bull!)

Congrats on reaching Tier 6!

This is the chart from the Wiki about required visitor count for upkeep/upgrades:


You need 5 visitors weekly for upkeep, which also includes plot upgrades/builds. The other column is for Citadel Tier upgrades only, which requires a greater number of visitors.
