If you find another player breaking the rules of the game, that should be reported using the in-game ‘Report Abuse’ feature, so that Jagex will have evidence needed, from their own systems, to take action against them.

You cannot accuse other players (or clans) by name on the Forums, as there is no way to provide the necessary evidence here and nothing can be done about it here either.

You should not enter into trust trades (trades that cannot be completed in a single trade screen) with players that you do not know well. If you do enter into a trust trade, it is considered to be "at your own risk".
