Why has Citadel tick changed?

Every week since my clan has been formed the citadel reset at 2300 utc on a monday night, and for months it has always been that.

However last week it reset at 0300 utc tuesday morning, and this weeks is due to reset at 0720 utc tuesday morning.

We have never been deducted resources etc, so it cant be a "quartermaster" change

Does the citadel begin its count when the first person enters after reset?

Any ideas? One day i will think of something clever to write here.......This however is not that day

Yes

The build tick doesn't trigger until someone attempts to enter the Citadel, which will begin the next week's build tick. You can use this mechanic to move your build tick around, though it is very tedious if you want to move it earlier/later.

Unfortunately, you need to have someone enter the Citadel around the same time every week in order to maintain a consistent time week to week. ~ Sicariu
