Clan Avatar Issues

Congratulations on your first Avatar
You have a couple steps to go through before it can be used though.
1. All admins who want to use the Avatar need to have the Clan Job: Avatar Warden
- This can be assigned by anyone who is a higher rank than them
- Clan Owner can give it to him/herself
2. Before the Avatar is summoned, you need to add buffs to the 3 available slots.
- Keep in mind these buffs are permanent and cannot be removed, so make sure you read through your options carefully before selecting them.
- I recommend skilling boost, skillplot boost, and heal over time, but it's up to your clan
- To select buffs, there should be a right-click option on the Avatar for it.
3. Now that your Avatar has buffs, click to summon it, select the buff you want, and you're good to go.
- Just make sure you have fed 300 anagogic orts to the Avatar so you can benefit from the buff
Also, your clan can see who has the Avatar on what world by checking the Clan Noticeboard. This can be viewed on the board at the clan camp, or one on the Clan Chat tab, and it also works if someone happens to log out with it before dismissing.
I would recommend your Clan Owner give permissions to lower Admin ranks to recall the Avatar to the Citadel so you don't have to wait 23 hours for it to come back if someone logs out with it.
And if you don't have this on already, ask your Clan Owner to toggle on the Clan System Broadcast to announce to the Clan Chat when someone summons/dismisses the Avatar. This will keep your members informed when it's being used.

I found your issue.
There's another Clan Permission setting called "toggle whether this rank may add a buff to the Clan Avatar buff slot" that needs to be toggled on.
This setting can be found under Clan Settings > Permissions > Citadel
Once you have that toggled on, interacting with an Avatar that's in the Habitat will display a "fill buff slots for this Avatar" option that you can use to add your buffs.

Hmm, that's strange.
I'm not sure what else I could tell you, but you should be able to add them to the Avatar and save them in place. And if I'm not mistake, there should be a confirmation screen that comes up when you attempt to save the buffs, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
I wish I could further assist you, but I'm not sure what's causing you to not be able to save them.

I came on here because we have the exact same problem, organizers and up set to avatar warden all permissions on, we have the option to give the avatar buffs but when we go to drag the buff to the box it will not stay in the box so we cannot apply the buff.
