help I think my game is bugged

As for your issue. I've not heard of that issue before.
Are you sure your clan is eligible for a clan avatar? Maybe your clan missed a build tick and the avatar has been removed? I didn't think the clan owner even needed to have avatar warden as a role to take it out lol.
If you're still not able to get an avatar out, then perhaps you should submit a bug report in-game so the relevant team can look into the issue.

I've had so many problems with this game over the past few years I've lost like £8,000 on this game... What..?
As for the bug report - it'll get looked at for sure, but how long it'll take to get fixed is another thing entirely.

Some nice people helped me with some info.
Bad news
and good news.
It's a known issue so you won't be able to summon an avatar yourself until it is fixed.
The good news is, apparently the fix might be done on Monday (but no promises on that timing - that's up to the Jmods).
In the meantime, hopefully others in your clan can summon an avatar ok to keep you all going. Spirits of Arianwyn | @Rae_Aus
