UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Hello Reader,

I am building a structured staff which i believe will surpass the staff base seen within most clans. The expansion opportunity with my structured design is endless and has virtually no limits to size or direction. Although Jagex has limited its clan community to a member base of 500, my design allows our clan to grow far beyond that limit with no restriction or constraint to size. No, I'm not telling you that i have a magic wand and am capable of changing that 500 size base. I am saying we can continue to grow the clan and member base outside the walls of a single clan.

To achieve this vision, we will need an extensive dedicated leadership staff, management staff and support staff. We will be using off site document programs which all staff can access and edit as needed, voice chat programs, social media etc. Most of which is already developed and ready to use currently.

In excess of 30 leaders and directors, 75 managers, and a few hundred Supervisors and Officers will be needed upon completion of the entire Clan Community Project. Yes folks, not just a clan, rather an entire community of clans yet to be developed. That's an entire array of clans that are in need of leadership, directorship, management, and supervision.

The initial core staff will begin with one clan. As that core grows and we have the room for starting clan acquisition, the growth outward will begin. We will have a solid acquisition team selected and designated to travel into another clan to get it started and moving. Once that clan is fully operational on its own they will then travel back Home to us. Result is, We now have a sub-clan which also belongs to our clan and are members of our clan all the same and reports to our Admin clan.

What follows are the positions i am looking to fill asap with a more in depth description.

OUR STRUCTURE


The clan staff is broke up into three main focus areas. Operations, Administration, and Logistics. These areas are shared on a multitude of levels by a number of departments. Ultimately these three areas are essential and vital to the achieve the clans strategy and mission in fulfilling its vision.

Mostly the clan uses a pyramid type hierarchy for its structure. Some areas finger off of that structure in the case of some support teams, auxiliary committees, diplomatic staff and future legislative seating. Administratively speaking, these teams and committees are administrative in purpose and isn't necessarily apart of the operational or logistical process of the clan. This thread will be focusing on the core staff currently and any other branching off areas will be developed as needed.

Leadership - Clan Strategy and Mission is developed and channeled down for execution.

Directorship - Takes strategies and missions, directs and follows up on progress reporting to leadership.
(Overseer - Bronze Key)

Management - Carries out and manages all processes concerning the clans strategy and mission by using clan procedures, policies and their staff to get the job done. Reports to the directors.
(Coordinator - Gold Cross)

Supervision - Supervises the teams of officers that are actually executing the jobs it takes to accomplish the clans strategy and missions. Reports to the managers.
(Organiser - Silver Cross)

Staff Officers - Are the worker bees and accomplishes jobs set forth by the manager but reports directly to the supervisor over them.

Clan Leader and Assistant Clan Leader

Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations.

Leadership in our clan is vested within the Clan Leader and the Assistant Clan Leader. They lead with the support of the senior staff of directors.

- Motivates staff, and drives change within the clan
- Presides over the clan's day-to-day operations
- Planning and strategy
- Makes all the key decisions regarding the clan,
which includes all sectors and fields of the clan, including operations,

ASSISTANT CLAN LEADER

- Is the key executor in the clan.
- Motivates members, and manages retention
- Presides over the clan's day-to-day administrations
- Acquitional operations
- Assists the Clan Leader in all sectors and fields of the clan, including operations,
clan development, finance, human resources, etc.

Clan Secretary

A director is a person from a group of managers who leads or supervises a particular area of a company, program, or project.

Directorship in our clan is vested within the Clan Directors. They lead and direct with the support of the managers. They are charged with the key principle areas of the clan. Administrations, Operations and Logistics. However the administrations part of the clan is mostly shared between the Clan Secretary and Clan Treasurer.

The company secretary ensures that an organization complies with relevant legislation and regulation, and keeps board members informed of their legal responsibilities. Company secretaries are the company’s named representative on legal documents, and it is their responsibility to ensure that the company and its directors operate within the law. It is also their responsibility to register and communicate with shareholders, to ensure that dividends are paid and to maintain company records, such as lists of directors and shareholders, and annual accounts.

Clan Treasurer

CLAN TREASURER

Many volunteer organizations, particularly not-for-profit organizations such as charities and theaters, appoint treasurers who are responsible for conservation of the treasury, whether this be through pricing of a product, organizing sponsorship, or arranging fundraising events.

The treasurer would also be part of the group which would oversee how the money is spent, either directly dictating expenditure or authorizing it as required. It is their responsibility to ensure that the organization has enough money to carry out their stated aims and objectives, and that they do not overspend, or under spend. They also report to the board meetings and/or to the general membership the financial status of the organization to ensure checks and balances. Accurate records and supporting documentation must be kept to a reasonable level of detail that provides a clear audit trail for all transactions.
