This is probably old news to most of you, but since my clan has been a small family until recently, I'd not visited this sub-forum for a long time.
Once comfortable in a Tier 5 citadel, our clan had shrunk after the releases of EoC and OSRS, and has been very small for a while now. But we're finally growing and able to update to tier 3 again.
Not many people remaining in our clan had been interested in the battlefield, and the previous admins that were in charge of editing it have long since quite playing RS.
Now that we're growing again, I wanted to make the option available to our recently added and future clan members.
Having initiated an instance to explore what we have to work with left over from before, we discovered that killing the combat level 150 monsters counts toward a Rampage Mk XIII daily challenge. It appears they could be used to complete all up to the Rampage Mk XIV Daily Challenge (Kill 57 enemies of at least Combat level 130.).
Now I know these battlefield monsters are nowhere near the difficulty of the Barrows Brothers, and no xp or drops are gained either. But it seems to be a quick and easy way to finish off a Rampage challenge if one is pressed for time.
Since the combat level of each monster can be edited, it is easy to set up a battlefield map having multiple rooms for clan members of various levels to be able to use for these daily challenges.
As I said, it's probably old news, but just thought I'd share in case there are others like me that didn't know about this.
