Clan motiff and Motto update

Whenever i try to update the clan motto and motiff, it will not display on the vexilum or info page.

any suggestions?
I suspect, A Breach of Security in runescape server/website because of my secret identity.
please trace i.p. Adresses of anything that may be messing with the Revela Genesa Clan
(Newly Formed), or intruding in your clan systems.

Hi,

I've just looked up your clan, and I can see that you only have 3 members. Unfortunately, clans with less than 5 members lose access to many of the functions that are offered by the clan system. For this reason, the system will not allow you to make any changes to your motto or motif.

If you'd like to regain functionality of these things, along with other benefits clans offer (such as a Citadel), you will need to recruit 2 more members to your clan in order to reach the required amount of members (5) to have a fully functioning clan.
