Deleting a recruitment thread

The Recruitment thread for my clan was written by another member when we were founded, however he has since stopped playing, is there a way that it can be deleted so I can make a new one? I would just make a new one but I don't know how strictly the one thread per clan rule is enforced. Our clan name is Sonder, and the qfc is 290-291-490-66026778, if you look through our clan, you'll see the Vytalis the author is no longer in the clan, and that I am the co-owner.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I don't use the forums often
