There's thousands of clans in this game, and they're all different. You just need to keep looking.
You can't make a judgement on everyone based on a few bad ones
Try making a post in the Looking for a Clan forum and describe what type of clan you're looking for. Someone might point you in the right direction, or you may even get a response from a clan that fits the criteria you're looking for.
