Having Citadel Tier 2 Trouble

Hey, so the clan went through a period of inactivity and dilapidated completely. We're at level 1 citadel and we had over 12k timber this week. Tick ended and nothing was built. In fact, Citadel Tier 2 looks like it's set to upgrade first..... but it also looks like the stronghold was trying to upgrade to tier 2.

I realize nothing can upgrade to tier2 unless the citadel is tier2... but it wouldn't upgrade? Is there a way to change it so it does not do it automatically?

I'm just trying to understand the situation that your clan is in.

You said your Citadel was dilapidated and downgraded to Tier 1. After a period of dilapidation, you need to meet upkeep before you can start making any new upgrades to the Citadel.

Assuming you attempted to upgrade to Tier 2 during the dilapidation, it would not go through. If you met upkeep during the previous week, you should be able to upgrade to Tier 2 with the next build tick.

OK so my thoughts -

The citadel upgrade is described as the Stronghold on the citadel interface, so is it the storehouse also on the upgrade list ?

You say you had over 12k timber for the upgrade to t2, but did you meet upkeep in addition to this ?

To obtain the T2 upgrade you need -

1850 timber for upkeep of your T1 citadel

12240 timber to upgrade the Stronghold to T2
At least 10 clan visitors

So in order for the stronghold upgrade to build, you would have needed a total of 14,090 timber. If you didn't get this much, then the stronghold will remain part paid in your upgrade interface.

Is it possible that you had the storehouse upgrade already ordered ( and part paid ) before you dilapidated ? Im guessing that this may have remained there unbuilt because of the dilapidation.

Make sure that the stronghold upgrade is at the top of your build list, so that all resources are allocated to this first.
