Judging by your post count and the fact that you're a Recruit rank in your current clan, I'm going to assume that you're the Clan Owner posting from an alt?

Anyway,

As a Clan Owner, you can't leave a clan because the Owner position can't be left unclaimed.

You have 2 options:

1. Kick all other clan members and go to the Clan Camp south of Falador to disband your clan by talking to the Scribe.

2. If you don't want to disband the clan, demote yourself (yes, that's possible) to a low rank and leave. This will automatically assign one of the Deputies to Owner. If you want to choose who becomes the new Owner after you demote yourself, you need to have only one current Deputy. The new Owner can then fix any adjustments that needed to be made to ranks to prevent someone else from wrongly taking the Owner's potion.
