I was promoted to admin and can summon the ava and get buffs just fine at the citadel but as soon as I teleport out of the citadel the ava disappears and no buffs are active for not just me but everyone. Only way to get ava back is for someone with the ability go to the citadel and recall the ava. No one else that has admin or above privileges has this same problem in the clan. Any suggestions highly appreciated.

One word I would use to describe a clan avatar = fickle.

Strange things happen for no apparent reason. I can't explain why the avatar disappears for you, but certainly you are not the first person it has happened to. If you haven't already, you could try

- Summoning a different avatar. My clan have 3 avatars, but one of them is much more reliable at sticking with you when summoned

- try leaving via the portal ( and walking from the Ava pool to the portal)

- try leaving the citadel to a different world. and if it stays with you then try hopping to your home world ( assuming you have one )

If you don't have any luck with these, then I would suggest submitting a bug report :(

I'm guessing you've tried using the 'call follower ' feature on your familiar options when it seems to have disappeared? I've had to do that a few times.

Also, I don't know if you have multiple avatars but only 1 can be on a world at a time. Double check to make sure that there isn't already an avatar out on the world you're going down to.

Otherwise, just go with what Kera said, and submit a bug report if nothing works for you.
