As per Mod Kari's post in recent months, talk about politics isn't permissible on the forums. For this reason, OP's original post is quoted below, with political parts removed:

Some player mods who were allegedly my friends for five years in their clan, decided to attempt a hostile overthrow of the clan after making me Owner. The joke's on them.
If four people would join and do resources consistently every week, we can keep the tier 6 citadel running. It only takes 5 a week to do resources to keep it alive.
The citadel hasn't dilapidated yet. Sunday morning is reset.
If you want to be one of the four (ONLY 4 WILL BE CHOSEN), private message me
thuhbadguy, I assure you the rule applies to all sides and factions. If you want to see the original post, you can find it at the following QFC: 23-24-828-66172998.
I believe you. I was referring to the player mods who sabotaged the clan and set me up to see me fail after religiously doing resources for their clan for five years.
I'm not really restarting the clan anyways.
Since there isn't any official way to report player mods for un-modlike behavior and they still insist on spying on me, I'm just having fun with it.
The player mods' entire scheme was set up to have others take over the TIER 6 clan while pretending to be my friend...at first. It's a scheme as old as Runescape clans.
It was very unoriginal and only slightly entertaining.
The actors couldn't keep their lines or characters straight. Very few players were running a lot of ID's.
This forum is not used for recruiting. It is for getting help and advice with how clans and the in-game clan systems work.
If you'd like to restart your clan, then you are welcome to post a recruitment thread in the recruitment forum that best fits your clan, based on either your requirements for joins or the types of activities your clan does.

Player moderators can be reported in game, just like any other player. As well, if you have evidence of unmodly behavior for player moderators that you were unable to report in-game, you send that to Jagex, using the [email protected] email address.
Also, please be advised that player mods are regular players and they have no extra privileges in the clan system than any other players, so in addition to leaving out politics from your recruitment thread, there is no need to state that your previous clan members were player mods, as that really should have nothing to do with the clan.
In fact, if you are wanting to restart your clan, you will have much better results with your recruitment thread if you focus on the positive things about your clan and the direction that you want it to go in, instead of complaining about the behavior of past clan leaders/members.
