Does someone know if clan wars deaths, (free for all white portal) deaths count on your clans kill death ratio?

They do not. The kills and deaths on your clan page only count wilderness kills/deaths when the other person is in a clan, but not in your own clan. For example, if you pk one of your clan members in the wilderness, it will not count towards your clan's total kills.

Another interesting thing about clan total kills/deaths is that it doesn't decrease when members leave the clan. It shows the overall total kills/deaths since the clan was founded.
