So our reset time is after 8:00 GT every Monday. I was in the citadel, got the 3-minute warning to leave before reset. Lobbied like I usually do, I do this because if I leave via the portal it usually logs me out of the game. Then logged back into a world, so this probably took me a minute and then teleported back into the citadel to reset it. We've been working on resetting it a few minutes early every week like this to get to a better time.
I was the first in the citadel and it did not count me as a visitor and it did not reset my cap. I'm still 2700/2700 and haven't capped. Never had this happen before. The two clan members that came to the citadel after me however didn't have any issues, they got there's reset and counted as visits.
I reported this as a glitch but wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else or if anyone knows a way to fix this..? I've tried relogging 3 times with no luck.
That has happened to me a couple of times before, when I apparently entered the citadel just a fraction of a second before it completed the reset. The system seems to get confused. It has only happened when there were people in the citadel & the 3-minute warning timer was going. There isn't a way to fix it for the current week, except to wait for the next reset.
When there is no one in the citadel just before reset and therefore no 3-minute timer, then I am able to enter a minute or two early, to nudge the reset time, with no issues.
There was no one in our citadel when it happened
I like to wait for the 3-minute timer then leave and let it do its thing so we can reset a few minutes early each week.
I just don't want it to happen again. Fingers crossed for Monday that I can cap lol. Thank you for the reply! No one else seemed to reply or get back to me on if this was a thing happening to others or not.
