So trying to figure out this avatar thingy , made clan few months ago , trying to get avatar for double xp and we built habitat this week . Now when I enter citadel , there's no summon option on my avatar , I can just edit buffs and activate orts... I'm I missing another building or what's up?

As stated above, you need to have the Avatar Warden job to summon an Avatar.

Here's where that's located:

You'd just need to have someone who's a higher rank than you assign it to you through Clan Settings. I just checked and saw you're the Clan Owner, so you need to assign this job to yourself.

EDIT: It's also worth noting that you should assign this job to everyone you want to have Avatar access in advance so there's no issues in the future. I (as I'm sure most other clans do) assign Avatar Warden to all of the Admin ranks in my clan so everyone ranked Admin or higher has the ability to use one. ~ Sicariu
