Cant leave Clan

Before someone says check for same post (I did). I'm clan owner haven't played in about 6 months and my whole clan quit so I'm trying to kick everyone and leave the clan but it wont let me kick so I tried to make someone else owner so I could leave and it wont let me change rank.
