Clan Glitch

Have you tried clicking the speech bubble with the minus sign? In the bottom left corner of the 'Clan' interface box.
Has your clan not met upkeep during your last build tick? That may be why no avatars are showing in the pool. Or, check the noticeboard (third icon over from the left in the 'Clan' interface box) - that'll show you if anyone has one out.

Hi,
Just a comment at your post, I checked your clan's member list and you're actually listed as a Deputy Owner rank.
Anyway, that does seem like a very strange situation. If it continues without any resolution, you should submit a Bug Report and provide as much detail as you can about it.
Some details to check though:
- Make sure that you're in your clan's chat channel
- Make sure your Citadel is not dilapidated
-- Dilapidation would cause your Citadel to appear in a "broken" state and no Avatars would be available until this is fixed
- Make sure your Avatars are not currently summoned by another Admin
-- This is viewable on your Clan Noticeboard at the Clan Camp and your CC tab
- Check to see if these issues exists on both game clients (NXT and Java)
As for not being able to see other clan members in the Citadel, I'm not sure what would cause that.
