Sort of an odd question about

First, I'd just like to say I'm sorry to hear about some of your clan members passing away.
But, on the terms of keeping their names on their inactive accounts, I'm sure it's something Jagex can do, but I don't know how likely it is. If they did this for every person who asked, there would be lots of "dead" accounts that they would need to manually update to lock the name to the account (or whatever they would need to do) to make sure the name was permanently kept.
It's just a matter of what's possible and fair to do for everyone.
Just make sure you keep memories of them alive after their names are removed, whether it be a remembrance post on a forum thread or just keeping them in your thoughts.
