Looking to Create A Clan

I'm looking to create a clan with my real life friends who play, although there are currently only 3 of us. We are looking for other real life friends playing the game, but I have a suggestion for someone who isn't a real life friend wanting to help create the clan.

I know that to create a clan, there should be 4 players to start. I know that we all need to sign a charter and stay logged in in the clan area until a clan name is decided along with a purpose and all that.

What I would like to know is: if 1 of the 4 members leaves after the clan is created, will the clan disband?

No, you will keep your clan and the name ( 5 people including you are needed to start the clan)

But if your number drops below 5, you will cease to have any functionality - for example, you cant change your clan colours, they will be the default R S one, you wont be able to change any permissions. You would also be unable to start or maintain a citadel.
