There are very few, but I can't give you any names because I don't know any. They're not allowed to advertise their services on the RS Forums though, so it's unlikely to find anything here. :/

Keep in mind that swapping is done entirely at your own risk of being scamming and/or swapping gold with people who RWT (real world trade) the gold, so you can risk your own account getting banned for association with RWT. ~ Sicariu

Locking this as swapping items or gp between games is not something that the forums can be used to advertise or arrange. (See Trading EoC/OSR Items — READ )
