Cooldown - switching clans

Hi,
That cool-down period was actually removed as a Ninja Fix earlier this year on April 4th.
You are free to change clans as often as you'd like with no required wait period, BUT you can only cap at a Citadel once every 7 days. So, you can cap at a Citadel in one clan, join another clan 3 days later and need to wait 4 days to cap at that clan's Citadel.
