Can't Summon Avatar

I have no idea if this is posted in the right place, so please just move it to the right one instead of locking it because I really need help here.

So, I'm an admin in my clan chat and have been able to summon the avatar previously, but now the option to interact just isn't there. The only options I have (in the dialog, not the right click menu) are "Activate your weekly buff" and "Cancel." Even when all three avatars are present, I am still unable to summon one.

I'm using the Legacy client (and always have been) if that matters. Please let me know if any other information is required.
