No Owner or Deputy

I'm hoping some of you smart people can help out our clan. We're rather small, 31 total members with only about 6 or so active. The owner disappeared 2 or 3 months ago, and we're assuming real life stuff going on. The deputy owner hasn't been seen for a year or two. We find ourselves with just two overseers (I am one of them) along with the other members. As far as I can tell, I don't have permissions to set upgrades in the citadel. It deteriorated down to Tier 1 when we had difficulty getting 5 members to log in each week for a couple of weeks. It's a bit hard to motivate members to cap when we are stuck at Tier 1 and can't slowly start rebuilding (we were Tier 6 at one point). Is there a way that either of us Overseers can gain the permissions to upgrade and otherwise manage the citadel? I've read the thread about changing owners, but that doesn't help us since we don't have a deputy, and the owner hasn't been gone a year yet.

I'm sorry to hear about your predicement but unfortunately there isn't much you can do.

I wouldn't worry that you don't have an active deputy, usually in those situations ownership can pass to the next lower rank provided all other requirements are met. So your problem is that they haven't been inactive for a year - and that part is non-negotiable, unless they have been permanently banned.

So you basically have two choices - hang in in there and hope that the owner shows up - at the very least then they should be able to give you the permissions you need , or take the active members with you and start over with a new clan.

Hi Friedrich,

In Joat mon we have no active members except for our family.
We maintain citadel Tier 5 with 2 ava's with only us.

Would you like to join Joat mon and get deputy owner acces?
So our family dont need to log into rs every week.

The active members get ava access.

You could bring joat mon to live again and i could retire when the time arrives.
