Hello!

I am marksmansam and I am the leader of a clan called Reborn Fate! We use to be a fairly large clan, scaling up to as many as 140+ members!!! Though as most of you all know 140 members usually means 20 daily active and 40 weekly active.

Our clan recently had it's second split. This split however took a huge toll on us. It even cost us the loss of our previous leader and 15 of our admin + rankers.

Which as I just explained, pretty much leaves us to 5 active members. Now let me get on to the point.

As many of you know, clans always seek out alliances. My clan was in alliance with KOA. When I took leadership I began recruiting like crazy. I would suggest newer members to Guest in KOA's chat for events and such if no one was really on. This ended up biting us in the butt because our newer members would leave to join KOA. I do love KOA's members, however since we were a "small" and less active clan, they dropped us as an "ally" in the end.

So with that being said; and I'm sure other small clans have had similar issues. I'm proposing the SCA. Small Clan Alliance. There are really no rules or guidelines to follow. Though I'd ask of this much:
1. We would become allies by posting and accepting alliance proposals on each others clans forum page. (you can find one on my clans Forum page)
2. I'd like it if someone, no matter their rank, to post on an allied clans RS forum page; about once a week. (example; I'd post on KOA's page, FRIENDLY BUMP FROM REBORN FATE)
-This lets us know your clan still has active members and that we're keeping an eye on each others forums for Events.
3. We should try to guest in SCA clan chats. This keeps it more likely that someone is on and talking and more help to each player. (I have tested this and usually between 2 clans there are at least 3 people on).
-NOTE- More guesting in the same clan the more communication
4. Do events together (pvm, clan v clan, etc)

Those are the 4 simplest I can think of. I'd like to add that the best thing would be to have clan events, mini clan events, and then coop clan events. And rewards players in some sort of way.

We have an RF rank system where you can gain points to rank up. However, we have a new clan system set up called Kingdoms. Each kingdom governs a section of the clans members and helps organize and run events.

Even though we dont host events like we use to: the point of the SCA is to get us back to that point.
We don't need a big clan to have events like we use to: no one does.. they just need lots of friends online at the same time. So, we have allies to do the same.

Enough about me and my clan. Lets get on with SCA.

Thinking about joining the SCA?


Here is what the SCA can do for you!

1. Allow your clan to grow without recruiting.

2. Allow your members to be more likely to stay rather than leave for a big clan.

3. Gives your clan more opportunities to try new bosses, and suffer through those unbearable skills.

4. Always have someone to communicate with. I know we all like to afkscape but sometimes you just need a person to talk with to get through that last 2m xp.

5. Higher chance of finding a bossing partner. (we all know how bad the Group System is)

6. Sometimes its faster to ask a question rather than google it.

7. It's never a bad thing to make new friends.

8. Get more active with the community. (for instance Players Gallery and such)

9. Challenge yourself and others and make competitions for rewards to lvl up skills faster.

10. Enhances your Runescape experience!

Things my clan intends on doing with our alliances.

- PVM Events
- PVP Events | Friendly battles at clan wars and stealing creations and such
- Skilling Events
- D&D Events, | SINKHOLES - CACHE - PENGS - PEST CONTROL - ETC
- Chatting and just having a good rs time

How I reward my clan for doing things:


They can rank up from points doing things in the clan. Say 50 points ranks them up from recruit. They can get:
3 points per clan event. (Event our clan hosts)
2 points per mini event. (unplanned event my clan hosts)
1 point per ally event. (1 point for each event they attend an ally hosts)
5 points per Official Ally Event. (Official event the two clans proposed to one another)
1 extra point If they were event host
2 points for capping at citadel

------ Things I'd like to add for fun-----
-2 points per kill and 1 per assist. (this would be when two clans go to "WAR" meaning we challenge 1 clan to the other clan in like a best 2/3 in a 3v3 clan vs clan battle. The winning clan gets some sort of prize. ((of course I'd be willing to donate gp like 1m to each of the 3 winners))

This sort of thing will cause the most active members to level up the fastest. It also involves the less active members. Now this isn't the only way we rank up members but it definitely is a productive one.

We are a very well organized clan that is currently undergoing a major rework.

Okay so you are still reading! This means your interested in joining!!

Please copy and paste (or make your own) an application above. You can do 1 of 2 things:

My first suggestion is post it on a clans page. So If you want to join the SCA you can fill out an application and post it on my clans RS Forum page. We'll accept you and add you to our list of current SCA clans on this page as well as our clan page.

My second suggestion is post it on here. As of today I will visit this forum article at least 4 times a week. I will also get other clan members of mine to do the same. If we see one on here, we'll take care of it.

My extra suggestion would be that after you have done one of the two above, guest in that clans chat channel and make friends and let them know your joining the SCA.



My hope is down the line this will be a fairly large alliance. One would post on here an app and there would be many clan rankers ready to accept them in and greet them. I hope this gets so big we have to utilize a "new/unused" clan as the guest domain. Or in simpler terms, we have 1 dedicated clan that everyone guests in to talk. (Of course we could use FRIENDS CHAT for the same effect, however lots of people are using FC to do portables, pengs, mods, bossing, and etc)

Until then I'd like it if we attempted using my clan as the primary just to speed the process up

The rest of this forum/article of RESERVED will be for Events and other SCA information. Or if i have more to add later.

For EX: Page 2 will be dedicated to OFFICIAL EVENTS and WARS that were announced.

So occasionally go to page 2 on this and you could see, oh RF and "clanname" are having a war event on Saturday.

You could attend for points in ur clan. make bets on who wins.. so on.. maybe fill in if someone doesn't show up. Who knows, thats part of the fun!


The applications, as well as any regular discussions will start on page 3. Such as alliance apps, "WAR" challenges and such.
