Me and a few of my friends left a clan and decided to create a new one. However, we cannot click to sign the charter. We have 5 people but clicking the blue prompt doesn't do anything. Is there a cooldown to creating a new clan after leaving one?

Hey Mr Draconis,

There is currently an issue with the creating a new clan system. This may be due to the change in how recruiting works. Please submit a bug report in game, hopefully this will be fixed as soon as possible.
