Bug resetting clan xp

Hello Jagex

My account have had it's clan xp reset for some reason when i hit the 250m xp mark. I haven't left the clan and i haven't been kicked out. I hope you will look into this issue. Bug report have already been submitted, however since i can't expect to be given an answer, i would post it here too to boost my probability of getting an answer or fix.
