Im the owner of a clan with 2 other members (generals). I cannot for the life of me demote myself, or kick them. Im trying to disband the clan and join another. I went to the scribe in falador and was told that I cant leave unless i demote myself or kick the others.

Make sure that you are in the Clan Chat channel when you are attempting to kick and/or demote.
