cit dilapidation confusion

So my clan citadel has just been dilapidated because of the lack of visitors.. its a tier1 cit with avatar habitat... and i've been surfing the web to gather info on how to fix it. we managed te unlock the citadel, but im not sure about what steps to take to get the cit running and ava activated again. should we just gather the usual costs for upkeep and wait for the tick to occure for it all to be restored? or am i missing something here?.. all helpfull awnsers are apreciated! :)

Yep, that's correct :)

If you don't meet a week's upkeep for your Citadel, it becomes dilapidated for the next week. During that week, you won't have access to Avatars, and the Citadel will appear in a broken state. After upkeep is met during the dilapidation period, all will be returned to normal after the next Build Tick (Citadel Reset) occurs.

If you have tiers above 1, failure to meet upkeep during a dilapidation period will result in the loss of tiers from skillplots and/or the Citadel itself, depending on build priorities and the amount of resources gathered.
