Use inactive clan names

Hello

Our clan would like to be able to use the name "Arcadian" but it is being used by an inactive clan (it has only 5 members and all the kitados)
Is there any possibility of use since the name? (Arcadian)

Many people ask for inactive clan names to be released, sadly it is not something that they will look to be releasing anytime soon.
